I really enjoyed this program. The exercises were a perfect combination of challenge yet still able to keep up and finish each round. The timing and length of each workout was also great. This was the best program! I love having a plan, knowing that I could tune into a video each day made it so easy for me. The less I have to think, the better. I love that she has multiple levels of the workouts. I also LOVE the group, it helps me feel accountable to myself, and it makes me feel like Iโ€™m not alone in this. I've noticed a difference in how my clothes fit!! I have an issue with my psoas muscle on one side so I was expecting to really notice it after workouts, and I didn't. I believe all the core work really helped.
