I have been listening to my body more, it let's me know what it needs. Like if my body aches more & muscles get real crampy, I need alot more E meals.
I've been craving bad lately, so I've been handling that with more crossovers, scale has moved alot & I can't wait to measure soon! I've started getting compliments & others noticing weight loss.
I am at 31 lbs lost now since my highest weight this year back in May at my annual Dr visit. My hormones were off & I was put on a med. Between that & this group, doing the plan differently my body is healing & shrinking finally.
I just wanted to share some great things! I have been with Kris for 3 months now. I have never lasted that long on THM, and really believe for the first time that this is my new lifestyle. Why? Well, I have gone through some hard thiings....the death of my dear FIL, some very stressful personal days recently, and 3 dinners out at our favourite all you can eat sushi restaurant! In February the stress caught up with me and I actually gained some weight...but I kept repeating..."I am the girl who doesn't quit." In March, I upped my E meals to twice a day, and didn't sweat my restaurant nights at all. I enjoyed. I certainly haven't been perfect, but Kris's coaching and mindset training has been life-changing for me. My Marco Polo girls are PHENOMENAL...total prayer warriors and constant encouragers. my taste buds are changing...I now crave earth milk. What?! :) I am down 16.5 pounds now, 11.5 inches between my arms, bust, waist, hips and thighs. I'm so, so grateful! Thank you coach Kris Perkerson Honeycutt, from the bottom of my heart!
