Let me tell you a little about myself...

Coach Kris

Hi and thanks for stopping by. I am Kris Honeycutt, and I am the Head Coach of the Certified Trim Healthy Mama coaching program, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition Specialist. I have over 25 years of experience in health and wellness, and helping other achieve their health goals is my passion.

I create customized Trim Healthy Mama health and wellness plans for women who are 35 to 55 years old and are looking for solutions for losing weight without dieting. I teach my clients how to eat the foods they love without restricting calories, and how to keep the weight off for good.

  • Support so they can have more confidence about what and when to eat while making it doable for their lifestyle

I have experience in fitness, the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle, holistic health, wellness education, overcoming personal health crisis (adrenal fatigue, Hashimoto's) and deliverance prayer ministry.This experience has given me the expertise to help you achieve your weight loss goals and wellness goals so that you can be confident about yourself, free from self-limiting thoughts, and powerful in your choices. I show you how to fuel your body, fuel your mind, and take charge of your health.

 

 When I am not coaching clients, coaching Trim Healthy Mama coaches, or studying the latest health and wellness topic, I can usually be found enjoying time with my husband of 26 years.

I love cooking for and hanging out with my family of 11, participating in adventures, exploring the outdoors, and connecting with friends. I have 9 children in whom I greatly delight, 7 boys and 2 girls, and I homeschool them all.  I have overcome many obstacles in my life, by the grace of God, and have many fine mentors and coaches who have helped me along the way. This is one reason why I love coaching others and seeing them overcome obstacles that keep them from being the best version of themselves that they can be.

Here are some fun facts about me:

  1. I am a Black Belt in Martial Arts
  2. I helped create the THM Coaching Program
  3. I love racquet sports: tennis, pickleball, and ping pong
  4. I love horses, motorcycles, sports cars, exercising, learning new things, and the beach.
